ABOUT THE PARK
Wasaga Beach Provincial Park is divided into 8 Beach Areas that stretch along 14 kilometres of the Georgian Bay shoreline. Beach Areas 1-6 can be accessed off Mosley Street, Wasaga's main street. Allenwood and New Wasaga Beaches are located north of the mouth of the Nottawasaga River off River Road East. All Beach Areas have plenty of room for parking, sunbathing and picnicking.
In addition, some areas have creative playgrounds, bicycle paths, and boardwalks. Check the detailed Beach Area maps.
While visiting, why not visit Nancy Island Historic Site (off Mosley Street) to view the remains of the British schooner, the H.M.S. Nancy and visit a unique museum, theatre, lighthouse, and gift shop. If you and your family are interested more in the nature areas of the park please feel free to visit the Trail Centre (Wasaga Nordic) located just at the start of our extensive network of trails just off Blueberry Trail.
Wasaga Beach Provincial Park is a day-use facility only and does not permit overnight camping; however, there are many private camping sites nearby.
